  Just went in this store to pick up valances I had previously ordered. While there, I decided to buy a chair and loveseat for a room I redid in my home. There were 3 women and one man working there at the time. My husband and I asked for the man to help carry the furniture out, since it was large, and fairly heavy. Our saleswoman said he couldn't help, because he was done work, and was leaving. Meanwhile, he stood behind the desk the entire time we struggled with the furniture, partly due to the crowded store and narrow walkways. We still can't believe that someone who is employed by a business could be that ignorant. Guess it's a good thing that the store is closing !!!! Customer service REALLY is a thing of the past in too many places anymore.
