  Ordered my appliances 1 month in advance. I had purchased 3 pieces for my new home. (Washer,Dryer and Fridge). Because there was a delay on my washer I was not able to have my fridge delivered. Upon delivery the cord for the dryer was wrong. They left it for me to return and exchange. Upon exchanging they scanned the item and told me it’s not exchangeable. No one wanted to help me at any point with any of my issues. They basically just apologized and said nothing we can do. Thanks for nothing Home Depot!

  I go this store on a regular basis. I also agree with alot of the reviews .The paint Dept. Needs a huge attitude adjustment. The standing around of employees in small groups just BSN .Today had a very good experience in the floor and tile Dept. Conner was very helpful in telling about laminate floors He was pushing Pergo and he was correct. Thanks for the help and will let you know how the new floors and ID card goes
