  Had an awesome experience with our sales rep, Peter! The first time my boyfriend and I walked into this store we were greeted at the door and were asked if we knew what we were looking for. This was the first mattress store we tried, and we expected a usual sales routine, but Peter was not pushy at all. He understood we had just started our mattress search and helped us find a bed in the store that both my boyfriend and I liked. Peter gave us the details and asked us just to keep him in mind as we continued our search. Fast forward a couple months and a few poor experiences, my boyfriend and I agreed that no one along our search could compare to the first visit we had with Peter. This evening we stopped in on the way home from work, were greeted by our friendly face, purchased our bed, and left without a single regret. I couldn't be happier with the decision to stop back in to this Mattress Firm and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Peter again!

  We worked with Rachel to purchase a new king size mattress. She is an amazing sales person! She gave us good info and helped us find a mattress that was just right. We had such a great experience that we came back a few days later and bought a second mattress. Everyone at this store was terrific - Marty, Gregory, Rachel. I definitely recommend them!
